Producer/Director - Video

Produced and directed Annual Managers event kickoff videos featuring Williams-Sonoma employees. 

Collaborated with clients to develop creative theme treatments, organized all production logistics and locations, booked local crews, coordinated travel airfares and hotels. At locations, directed employees on camera. Supervised editing and created overall look and feel of employee sequences, graphic support and music soundtrack.

The videos were also used at smaller sales meetings and new-hire orientations.
