Event Producer/Media Producer

Collaborated with Cisco clients to establish session goals, design creative elements (stage, lighting, theme graphics, videos and speaker support), book live entertainment, generate budgets, build production timelines, plot stage and seating layouts, coordinate resources (PowerPoint production, props and giveaways) formulate show flow and coordinate executive rehearsal schedules. 

During the events, supervised all session production, crew coordination and rehearsal, stage management and executive rehearsals. Supervised talent rehearsals, finalized all session presentations and assisted with the distribution of giveaways.

Post-event, conducted thorough post-session client reviews, finalized budgets and engaged in preliminary planning for future events.
